What an exceptional experience with Valley Flowers. Outstanding customer service. The flowers were just as magnificent as pictured. I would have given them 10 stars if I could have!!!!The delivery person ran into a snag delivering the flowers to the hospital, the person they were delivering to had gone into ICU and the hospital wasn’t accepting the delivery. The delivery person called me quite a few times, but I had missed the calls but he did leave a message and I received an email. I spoke to the owner and he was so pleasant and said they will call the hospital every day to see if the person is out of ICU and guaranteed fresh flowers. He provided the best customer service I have ever had! I recommend them for all of your flower/plant needs!!!!

My sister just loved it. She sent a picture and it looked just like the one I saw on the website. I'm very pleased with my choice to use Valley Florist. I will use them in the future.
